Where Do You Ship To?
We currently ship within the United States, Canada & UK (read FAQ specifically for Canda & UK)
How Do I Qualify for Free Shipping?
You qualify for free economy shipping on orders over $125 within the U.S only. If you need your order sooner, feel free to choose from our other paid shipping options.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Package with Free Shipping?
Once you place your order, we'll carefully package and ship it within 1-2 business days. After that, it typically takes 3-8 days to arrive. You'll receive a tracking number to stay updated on your package's journey.
What If My Order Arrives Late After Shipping?
We understand delays can be frustrating, but please note that we can't offer refunds for shipping delays since they're beyond our control once the package is with the carrier.
What If I Entered My Shipping Address Incorrectly?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@morgifting.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll be happy to update the address for you. If it has already shipped, we'll work together to find a solution but you will have to cover the cost for reshipment.
Shipping to Canada
We understand that shipping to Canada can sometimes result in higher costs due to duties, taxes, and government fees, and this is not something we want for our customers. However, because many customers have asked and requested shipping to their home countries, we are now able to offer it. Our customers are very important to us, and we always strive to provide the best pricing possible. Unfortunately, we cannot avoid the duties and other regulated costs imposed by governments, so these fees will be included and charged at checkout for full transparency. We appreciate your understanding and value your support as we work to serve you better.
How are shipping costs calculated to Canada ?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, order size, and shipping method selected.
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
Duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees are calculated and charged at checkout.
Why do I have to pay duties/taxes?
International shipments are subject to the rules of the importing country. Customs duties and taxes are determined by the type and value of the goods, plus country of origin and local regulations.
Will I need to pay anything upon delivery?
We have set up our store so that all duties, taxes, and shipping charges are collected at checkout, so there are no additional payments required at delivery. However, if there are any additional charges imposed by customs it is not in our control.
Can I estimate the total cost of my order including duties and taxes?
The full amount—including all shipping, duties, and taxes—will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Why are these fees sometimes high?
International shipping costs can be higher due to carrier fees, customs clearance, and local tax rules. These are mandated by governments and not set by the store.

How Long Does Personalization Take?

When placing your order, please fill out the personalization text box with as much detail as possible. After receiving your request, we’ll send you an email to confirm the text before sending it to production.
Can I Return a Personalized Gift?
All personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
