Where do you ship?

Mor currently only ships within the US. We are exploring ways to make our products available in more countries. Stay tuned!

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders within the United States qualify for free economy shipping. If you would like to receive your shipment faster, please use the other paid shipping options.

If I use free shipping, how long will it take for me to receive my package?

After the order is placed, we will take 1-2 business days to package and ship your order. Once shipped, it will take 3-8 days. You will receive a tracking number for your order.


My order came late after being shipped, can I get a refund?

Kindly note that there are no refunds for delays resulting from shipping, as we don't have control after handing the package to the carrier.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We are currently not processing returns at this time.

What should I do if my item came damaged or I received the wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to us via email hello@morgifting.com

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes, we take bulk orders of products on our website. Please email us directly or fill out the contact form below with the product and quantity you'd like.

I am looking for a favor for my wedding or large event, do you have smaller gifts?

Yes, we do have products that would make the perfect favors. Fill out the form below and we can send you more information.

How early do I need to reach out to you for a bulk order?

At least 3 months, this will give us enough time to help you make selections and accommodate any customizations.

I would like my wedding logo or event logo on the packaging, do you customize?

Yes, we can customize packaging for certain gifts and bulk orders.

We are taking a break over the holidays and will not process orders from Dec 20th to Dec 31st.

What is the last day to order?

The absolute last day to place an order is December 18th. Any orders received after will not ship out until the first week of January.

What is the last day to place an order to ensure I get it on time for Christmas?

Order by December 12th to guarantee you receive it by Dec 25th. If you place an order after, please select an expedited option for shipping at checkout.
